We Cannot Accept Returns of Certain Items:
- Undergarments, batteries, factory-closeouts, special orders, custom made or altered products and any product purchased on sale or clearance.
- Worn or custom sized body armor.
- Unworn body armor must be returned in the original packaging with all manufacturer’s warranty and product literature intact.
- Custom sized body armor may be returned directly to the manufacturer within 14 days of the sale date for resizing only.
- No partial case pack items will be accepted. If you return a case pack item, it must be returned in the original shipping pack with all individual items unopened.
- Items that are shipped to APO/FPO addresses.
Processing:
Please allow two weeks for your return to be processed.
- You will receive an email when your exchange or return has been processed.
- A credit should appear on your credit card, PayPal account or a check will be sent to you within two billing cycles.
