1. What if I do not see the product I am looking for?
We carry many different products from a vast list of suppliers; we are unable to display all of them on our site. If you are looking for a specific item or product(s) from a particular manufacture that is not displayed, please e-mail, call or fax us and we may have or can get the product(s) you are looking for.
2. How do I place an order?
MJ’S 911 store allows for many ways of accepting your order.
• You can place your order on the website through a secure shopping cart and check out system.
• You may print out an order form, fill it out and either fax it in with a credit card or mail it in with payment.

4. How do I know that my order was placed?

7. Can my order be delivered to a P.O. Box?
We ship via UPS, FedEx or similar carrier. These carriers cannot deliver to a P.O. Box, so please include a physical delivery address in your order.
8. Can my order be delivered to an international address?
Most of our products are only available within the U.S.; select items can be shipped outside the U.S.
• Contact us, since this has to be worked out in advanced.
• $100.00 minimum is required for any order shipped outside the U.S. (Except U.S. Military).
• Additional charges for shipping and handling may be charged.
• You may also incur fees or charges for insurance, customs or other processing fees.
• You may experience an extended delivery time.
• APO’s and FPO’s are considered international orders.
• Shipping & Handling is charged based on weight.
9. Do I have to pay sales tax?
MJ’S 911 Store is required by law to collect the applicable sales tax on any orders originating and/or shipping out to any location within New Jersey. For more information please review our sales tax policy under shipping & payment.
• Customers or agencies that are tax exempt, state law requires MJ’S to have a signed tax exemption or resale certificate on file.

10. If an item in my order is on backorder, what will my shipping charges be?
Charges for shipping are calculated based on your total order; the total weight and location are used in the shipping calculation. If your order contains multiple products that are shipped separately, each shipment contains shipping and handling charge that is proportional to that particular package. By adding together any/or all the individual shipping and handling charges, the total will equal the original quoted price.
11. What is your return policy?
MJ’S 911 Store maintains a full 3 month return policy. All products that are unopened, unused and are not a custom order may be returned for a full refund minus original shipping and handling fees within 30 days of receipt.

12. Do I need a prescription or physician authorization for my order?

13. Can I get a sample?
Unfortunately, we get requests for samples on a regular basis; therefore can not keep offering our competitive pricing if we had to make up for all these free products.
14. What if MJ’S is not the lowest priced?

We work very hard to offer you competitive pricing and products of the highest quality from brand name manufactures. Please remember, by ordering from us, we guarantee you 100% customer satisfaction and 1st class customer service! If you have an official coupon or written quote from another supplier, we may be able to work with you on the price.
15. How do I check on the status of my order?
MJ’S 911 Store will contact you via e-mail with any information regarding the status of your order or any other available information. If a problem with your order should arise a representative from MJ’S 911 Store will contact you with any issues. You will also be contacted if your order or portion of your order is back-ordered or unavailable.
