  • Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover.
  • PayPal. (PayPal.com).
  • Money Orders, Certified Checks, Company or Agency Checks.
  • Personal Checks (See Additional Policy Below).
 
 
Payment Information on International Orders:

Only a small select amount of items can be shipped outside the U.S.
  • Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover.
  • International Money Orders (U.S. Dollars Only).
  • International Cashier’s Checks (U.S. Dollars Only).
    - We Do Not accept international PayPal!
    - We Do Not accept foreign personal checks.
    - We Do Not accept foreign Company or Agency Checks.
 
Personal Checks Policy:
 
 
 
The use of a personal checking account.
Check must contain following information.


1. Name.
2. Address.
3. Phone Number.
  • If check number is below 350, two forms of additional ID may be required.
  • MJ’S 911 store reserves the right to hold product orders until personal checks clear the bank.
  • Checks that are returned for Insufficient Funds or Uncollected Funds will be charged a $35.00 returned check fee.

 
Shipping Policies
 

MJ’S 911 Store has taken great care in selecting emergency services products that we hope will provide you with the equipment and resources you require. We work extremely hard to choose and obtain quality products from top-notch manufactures.

 

Most of our products are only available within the U.S.
On some select items we can ship outside the U.S.
  • Contact us, since this has to be worked out in advanced.
  • $100.00 minimum is required for any order shipped outside the U.S. (Except U.S. military).
  • Additional charges for shipping and handling may be charged.
  • Charges for customs, tariffs, duties and/or taxes may also be incurred.
 
 
 
Standard Shipping & Handling per Address


 
Your order may be delivered in multiple packages as we use many suppliers and manufactures. 

 
Oversize/Heavy Items:
 
Depending on the weight and/or size of a particular product or large quantity of products, additional charges may apply. If the actual shipping charges differ from the stated shipping charges, a representative from MJ’S 911 Store will attempt to contact you for approval. An example of this situation would be an order for a full-size light bar, cases of an item or multiple products ordered that greatly surpass the charges above. 
 
 
Hazardous Materials Fees:
 
Additional fees may be incurred on certain types of products that are or may be considered a haz-mat. Some of these types of items can include, but are not limited to pepper spray, flares, oxygen, paint or other such products.

 

APO/FPO Shipping:

  • Some select products can be shipped to these types of addresses.
  • Contact us for more information at orders@mjs911.com or 908-246-6090.
  • Shipping and handling is based on weight and destination.
  • Shipping times may vary.

We make no direct attempt to profit off of shipping or handling charges and there are no hidden fees.


All orders are shipped as quickly as possible, when received Monday - Friday. Typically within 24-48 hours. Sunday and holidays are processed on the next business day.


Most orders will be shipped using either FedEx or UPS. There may be certain times when the U.S.P.S. is used.

  • U.S.P.S. does not supply tracking numbers without additional fees.

Local pick-up and/or delivery can be available for certain products or situations. This must be agreed upon in advance of any products being purchased. If local delivery has been agreed upon there will be an extra fee of $10.00 added to your total bill per location. Shipping and handling does still apply, as we typically do not stock inventory. 
 

You should expect an extended delivery date when:

  • Your product requires customization or personalization.
  • Package is of an irregular size or weight.
  • Package is being shipped to a military address, APO/FPO addresses, Canada or other foreign nation (See above Policy).
  • Your item has been placed on backorder.

 

Backorders:

Backorders will ship upon receipt.
 

Sales Tax:

Sales tax is applied to most orders that are shipped to the state of New Jersey. Some items may be exempt from sales tax. When we do collect sales tax, all money is paid to the appropriate government agencies. We are subject to regular auditing by these agencies at any time. MJ’S does not profit or make money on the collection of sales tax. 

 

Tax Exempt Customers:

New Jersey state law requires us to have and maintain your signed tax exemption or resale certificate on file. If we do not have one of these documents we are required to charge sales tax. 
 
 




 
Official State of New Jersey Tax Policy
 
Collecting sales tax on sales to N.J. customers. As a New Jersey vendor, you must collect sales tax on all taxable items sold that are delivered to a New Jersey location. This is true even if an out-of- state customer purchases a product from us and has it shipped to a recipient in New Jersey (e.g., a gift). A taxable transaction also occurs if your customer or his agent takes possession of the merchandise in New Jersey even if the items are later shipped out of state. This also applies to another company or vendor who does not present with a valid resale certificate.
 
 
What is Taxable
 
New Jersey imposes a 7% tax on the retail sale of most merchandise and certain services sold within this state. Some items are exempt from tax regardless of who buys them or how they are used. Food purchases for home consumption, clothing, footwear, and prescription drugs. Shipping is exempt from tax as a transportation charge.
