Minimum Advertised Price Policy
MJ’S 911 Store honors the minimum price policy (MAP) for all our suppliers and/or manufacturers that carry one.
A MAP Policy is where a manufacturer only allows us to advertise their products at a maximum percentage below retail price. Otherwise stated, certain manufacturers will set a minimum price for a product to be sold. This type of policy allows all distributors of those products a fair and equal shot at selling the item.

We guarantee that we will not share any of your personal information with any other company. If you have told us that you want to receive email from us, we will periodically send you special sales notices, notification of special offers, or special events. Sale Restrictions of Specified Products
The government of the United States restricts the sale of certain product types to international destinations. If an order is requested in some circumstances the sale and transaction are subject to screening against all published laws and regulations, as published by the U.S. Government. Some product examples are restricted, but not limited to, embroidered apparel, badges, nameplates, insignia, emblems, law enforcement pins or patches, body armor & weapons of any kind.
Body Armor Restrictions
It is against federal law for a person convicted of a violent felony to purchase or possess body armor. Additionally, various states also maintain laws restricting the purchase or possession of body armor. Through your purchase of body armor from MJ’S Consumer Solutions, LLC and it’s subsidiaries you certify and acknowledge that (1) you have no felony convictions, (2) you have not been convicted of any other crime that would restrict such a purchase under any state or federal laws, (3) You have no intension of using body armor for committing a crime, and, (4) you are of the legal age of 18 years old or older. We reserve the right to refuse sales of this type at any time or with any person.
Except for in person sales or documented police or military purchases, body armor sale is restricted.
Typographical Errors
MJ'S Consumer Solutions, LLC and it’s subsidiaries shall not be responsible for any typographical errors. We reserve the right to refuse any order or cancel any existing invoice if the price on it is incorrect.
Choice Of Law And Jurisdiction
MJ'S Consumer Solutions, LLC and it’s subsidiaries can be reached by individuals from all 50 states in the U.S. and people worldwide. Each place has a different set of laws. Since we can not keep track of all these laws and requirements, you agree that the law of the companies own state, New Jersey, will apply to all matters relating to this agreement and to MJ'S Consumer Solutions, LLC.
In addition, you agree and consent that if you ever take legal action against us, the courts of our own state, New Jersey, will have exclusive jurisdiction over any such legal actions. The following legal language makes this agreement binding:
THIS AGREEMENT SHALL, FOR ALL PURPOSES BE GOVERNED BY AND INTERPRETED AND ENFORCED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEW JERSEY. THE PARTIES HEREBY AGREE THAT ANY ACTION ARISING OUT OF THIS AGREEMENT MAY BE LITIGATED UNDER LAWS OF NEW JERSEY, AND HEREBY AGREE TO SUBMIT TO THE JURISDICTION OF THE COURTS OF THE STATE OF NEW JERSEY, AND THAT SERVICE OF PROCESS BY CERTIFIED MAIL, RETURN RECEIPT REQUESTED, SHALL BE SUFFICIENT TO CONFER IN PERSONAM JURISDICTION OVER THE PARTIES HERETO.
All rights not expressly granted herein reserved. Disputes
If a dispute arises, the parties will try in good faith to settle it through mediation conducted by a mediator to be mutually selected. The parties will share the cost of the mediator equally. Each party will cooperate fully and fairly with the mediator and will attempt to reach a mutually satisfactory compromise to the dispute. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days after it is referred to the mediator, it will be arbitrated by an arbitrator to be mutually selected. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court that has jurisdiction over the matter in the state of New Jersey. Costs of arbitration, including lawyers' fees, will be allocated by the arbitrator.
Term Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to your accessing the website, websites, viewing, emailing or buying a product, item or service. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated or changed by MJ'S Consumer Solutions, LLC without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to copyrights, disclaimer, limitations of liability, indemnification and miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

If either you or we fail to notify the other of any violations of this agreement, this will not mean that you or we can not notify the other of future violations of any part of this agreement.
